Recently I started weaning off sugar and carbohydrates and commenced a diet rich in fiber through a daily intake of vegetables and proteins. The result?  A newfound burst of energy, guilt-free eating, and a desire to continue with healthy eating habits at all times. So here are just a few simple and delicious recipes that I came up with.
