Garlicky Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients (Serves 2-3) 

Enough Brussels Sprouts for 2-3 people. I like to use the Trader Joes microwaveable packets just because they’re so convenient!

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

6 cloves of garlic (sliced or grated)

1 level tsp of coconut oil

How to:

1.  Prepare the Brussel Sprouts as indicated (if microwaving in the bag cook for 3 mins, if using fresh, steam for 10 minutes).

2. Slice or grate the garlic and fry in one tsp of coconut oil until garlic has turned brown.  Add the salt.

3. Add the brussels sprouts and cook for just one minute on high heat.

That’s it!

Recommendations:  Serve with my grilled chicken and butternut squash recipes!
