  2. Hi, I’ll do my best, but my site is really geared towards healthy, quick, contemporary dishes. Pitha’s take a while to prepare and most of my readers won’t bother with them.

  3. please can you upload some pitha receipe and son fafra rceipe(fafra is somethin you fry in oil and goes double in size. After frying its ver lightg and very crunchy. You just sprinkle sugar or molasses and enjoy the crunchy food

  4. Hi Rina, I am actually trying to steer away from posting fried and sugary foods since my website is essentially about healthy, contemporary, quick meals. Perhaps you could google those recipes, I am sure there are other sites out there that would have them. However, if you do make any of those dishes, feel free to send me the recipe and a picture and I will be happy to post them as I acknowledge that I do have quite a few not so healthy desserts on here.   8. i have made chot potti and your mishti doi, they have both come out fantastic. thankyou so much. Iv tried dois before but everyone mentions boiling the milk, it never works with me. yours is the best a d the easiest. thankyou again.
