3x tablespoons tahinia
1x tablespoons plain flour
½ cup of sesame seeds or desiccated coconut
Mix the dates, tahinia and plain flour in a bowl into a paste.
(If the paste is too sticky add a little more flour)
Sprinkle the sesame or coconut evenly into a flat dish
Hand roll the date mixture into small balls (about 1.5 cm diameter) and roll onto the plate to coat with coconut or sesame and serve.
