Spare Ribs (Goat)

This dish is for meat lovers. It’s simple, quick and very enjoyable!

 

Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)

1 lb spare ribs (goat meat)

2 cloves of garlic (finely crushed)

2 tsp cooking oil (olive or other type of oil)

Spices: 1/4 tsp turmeric,  1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt

 

How to:

1.  Wash the ribs really well taking care to cut off any huge amounts of fat. (You’ll want to leave some of the fat on since it tastes great when grilled).

2. Pat dry using a paper towel and then place into a large bowl big enough to mix all the ingredients together.

3. Add the crushed garlic to the meat and add all the spices as above.  Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil or other cooking oil of your choice and rub the spices and garlic really well into the meat.

4. Put the grill or skillet on high heat and place ribs on the grill. Allow to cook on high until they get slightly burnt all over. Lower the heat and allow to cook for 10 minutes whilst turning them over periodically.

 

Recommendations:  Eat whilst hot and serve with salad.
