Air Fried Okra

AC 400 temp | 8 mins


Healthy and delicious! Who needs chips when you can eat these guilt free!


Ingredients:

1 lb okra

1/4 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp avocado oil (or any other oil of your choice that has a high smoke point)


How to:

  • Wash the okra really well and pat dry with a paper towel
  • Let the okra air dry for about 10 mins. You want to make sure they’re completely dry so they air fry well
  • Meanwhile, set the air fryer to 400 temp for 8 mins to preheat
  • Cut off the crowns and cut the okra into quarters, lengthwise
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and add the okra
  • Add okra to the air crisp basket in a single layer and sprinkle on the seasonings (save some of the seasoning for a second batch if need be)
  • Spray with the oil and air crisp for 8 mins. And that is it! Enjoy!
